The Product
Marble and granite stones are produced by nature and they are subject only to the laws of nature as to the difference in shapes, tints and shades of color and veins inside the stones and the direction each of them takes. There are no two marble stones that are completely identical. Divergence in tints and veins between marble boards are part of the nature of the marble raw materials. Artstone cannot control the aforesaid features in marble stones.
Marble and granite come from nature and the Marble Institute of America states that stone boards that are sold in the markets originate in mountains that existed on Earth for millions of years and any fractures, holes or cracks in the stones are part of the natural stone formations. Yet, Artstone exerts every effort to avoid including such imperfections in the stones it supplies to its customers and it usually processes such stones with epoxy in the finishing phase.
Inspection
The price of the inspection process is discounted from the total project price. Inspection shall be done on the date agreed upon between Artstone and the client, provided that the site shall be ready for inspection and for doing the measurements, and in case of the non readiness of the site, inspection is set to be done at another date, and in that case the inspection process shall be calculated and included in the total project price.
Artstone advises its customers not to change anything in the site after the performance of the inspection process and after taking the measurements at the site, since measurements of marble and granite stones cannot be altered again after such stones are being cut and manufactured according to the measurements taken formerly at the site. Agreement should be reached about the complete details of the works and such agreement should be registered in writing at the time of the inspection; therefore the client should be present at the site at the time of inspection.
